The summer workouts begin Monday June 12th through Sunday July 16th.

Junior Varsity:

Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday – 6 to 7:30 a.m. – Water Polo Skills & Drills

Tuesday & Thursday – 7:30 to 9 a.m. – Conditioning

Varsity:

Monday through Thursday – 7 to 9 a.m. – Water Polo Skills & Drills

Monday / Tuesday / Thursday – 9 to 10 a.m. – Dryland

Wednesday – 9 to 10 a.m. – Swim Conditioning

Friday – 9:30 to 11 a.m. – Swim or Dryland Test Set
